All our ducks were born and raised in Périgord.
We wish to preserve the home made quality
of our small farm's produce.
We have therefore chosen to limit the size of our output.
Our ducks are fed and cooked according to traditional customs in order to preserve their unique quality
as farm-grown fowls.
